Founder of NXD and has been involved in the software development industry for over 16 years. She provides leadership and project management expertise to the team members.

ROBERT LENNOX
COO

Joined the group in 2018 after an eight-year tour of duty with the British military. He served as an Officer with the Infantry and Royal Marines with roles in international liaison, project management and operations, with time spent in the UK, Europe, US, and Afghanistan.  He now brings his strong leadership, management and organisational skills to our Asset Management and Real Estate platform teams. He was educated at Blundells, UK and was commissioned as an officer at Sandhurst.

STUART DENTON
Board Adviser

Stuart joined NXD in 2013. Prior to this, Stuart worked in the FMCG industry for Lion Nation Breweries in New Zealand as a National Account Manager and then ran South East Asia for William Grant & Sons (Glenfiddich, Grants Whisky and Hendrick’s Gin) in Hong Kong. In 2006 Stuart moved into the finance sector as a currency derivatives broker for Tradition and then ICAP. Stuart has 20 years’, international experience in Asian business and strong management, organizational and marketing skills holding Bachelor and Honors Masters degrees in Economics and Marketing.

ELINA LEUNG
Financial Controller & Head of Research

Elina has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Manchester. she is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, with over 20 years financial experience working for large multi-nations and SME’s. Elina aslo heads up our Research division.
